Hanakago Antiques,
was a gallery specializing
in Japanese furniture, screen paintings, baskets, metalwork,
lacquerware, netsuke, ceramics, textiles and folk art.
The gallery was created with
passionate appreciation of the rich diversity of Japanese Art
which began in Tokyo over 20 years ago. This interest developed into
a deeper understanding and admiration of Japan's rich material culture.
Various pieces from
the gallery, were personally selected on regular
trips to Japan.
In late 2016 Hanakago Antiques ceased operations.
